All our fish are 100% Guarantee live arrival & healthy and colorful as per international standard.

Payments and Delivery:


Delivered within 7 working days or before after order received. Payments will be made electronic transfer - by credit card or PayPal.
Shipments freight charges can be done in prepay or collect basis .
You must pay all expenses or Fees.

Minimum quantity ordered: 8 boxes

Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Delayed or Externally Damaged:


To make honor to your claim we need the DOA report (Dead on Arrival) within 24 hours maximum from the arrival time of shipment. Claims for delayed or externally damaged boxes must be reported to the respective airline. All credit claims can be returned in fish replacement or credit money. Claims that pass the value of US $ 50 should attach a quality digital pictures that clearly reveal the quantity in detail, this is totally needful, and otherwise we cannot refund the lost value.


Packing Details:

Average Weight Per Box: Hold Pack (4/4 Bags in the box) 12kg to 15kg (Depend on size of fish & variety) Individual Pack16kg to 20 kg (Depend on size of fish & variety) Order for fishes can be packed into 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 4/4 or 1 box accordingly All fishes are packing in plastic bag, and placed in polystyrene-foam box and followed with corrugate box. Fishes are packed in poly foam boxes. The dimensions of the boxes are 60 x 45 x 30 cm. (About 23.6 x 17.7 x 11.8 in).

In 24 hours we will contact you by e-mail and/or phone regarding your order. For orders over GBP 1500,00 we require to sign a rolling contract with all our customers to avoid any inconveniences.
